Highhelped Restoration is a referral service. We help homeowners in Oxnard and the Ventura County area reach independent local providers who handle water damage. That is the whole job. We do not send crews, and we do not touch your walls or floors.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what happened. A burst pipe, a leaking water heater, a flooded basement. Then we point you to a provider in our network that handles that kind of job near you. Availability varies, so ask the provider about timing when you connect.

What to Have Ready

A few details help the provider understand your situation quickly. Before you reach out, try to note:

• Which rooms are wet, and roughly how much water you see
• Where the water came from, and whether it has been stopped
• How long the area has been wet
• A few photos of the damage taken before you move anything

You do not need perfect answers. Share what you know, and the provider will ask about the rest.

What We Expect From Providers

We ask providers in our network to be clear and honest with homeowners. That means:

• Explain the plan in plain words
• Give a written quote before work starts
• Dry the structure properly, not just the surface
• Help document damage for a claim when asked

The provider is responsible for the work, the pricing and any licensing their local rules require.

What We Do Not Do

We do not do repairs, extraction or drying. We do not set prices. We do not promise what an insurance policy will cover. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check yours and talk to your insurer.

How We Are Paid

Providers in our network may pay for the referrals they receive. Homeowners pay Highhelped Restoration nothing to make the connection. Your agreement on the job is with the provider, and you are under no obligation to hire anyone.
